HealthX Community Membership Agreement
This HealthX Community Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by Binford Ventures LLC, a California Limited Liability Company ("Company," "We," "Our," or "HealthX"), and the member named below ("Member," "You," or "Your"). This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance.
- Membership Benefits
1.1. As a Member of the HealthX Community, you will receive access to the HealthX education platform and its associated information, offerings, services, and online resources ("Information," "Products," "Services," and "Website(s)"). This includes teachings, digital courses, community access, customer support, and participation in live online group calls.
- Membership Dues
2.1. Membership is $74 for the first 30 days, then renews automatically at $99 per month thereafter. Membership can be canceled at any time.
- Disclaimer: No Medical Advice, Diagnosis, Treatment, or Prevention
3.1. Dr. Tyler Jean holds a doctorate in naturopathic medicine but is not currently licensed to practice medicine and does not provide medical services through the HealthX Community.
3.2. The coaching, classes, tools, emails, and HealthX Community offerings are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic relationships.
3.3. All content provided is for educational and lifestyle purposes only and is to be used at your own discretion and risk. Neither Dr. Tyler Jean nor Binford Ventures LLC is liable for any actions taken based on the content provided.
3.4. HealthX products and services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you require medical or psychiatric care, please consult a licensed healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911.
3.5. Guest speakers, mentors, coaches, and class guides within the HealthX Community are not providing medical advice or therapy. Their input is peer-based and educational in nature. Opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect those of Dr. Tyler Jean or Binford Ventures LLC.
3.6. Any protocol or practice suggested through HealthX is for informational purposes only. You assume full responsibility for your health and wellness.
3.7. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, use this program only under supervision of your licensed provider.
- Assumption of Risk
4.1. You assume full responsibility for your participation in the HealthX Community.
4.2. You release Binford Ventures LLC and Dr. Tyler Jean from liability for any outcome related to your participation.
4.3. Results are not guaranteed and may vary. Health improvement is not always linear, and temporary symptom changes may occur. Consult your healthcare provider as needed.
4.4. You waive all claims against Binford Ventures LLC and Dr. Tyler Jean for any damages or injuries related to this membership.
4.5. This is a legally binding agreement waiving your right to seek compensation for issues arising from your participation in the HealthX Community.
- Community Participation Policy
5.1. Members must uphold confidentiality, kindness, and respectful communication. Violations may result in termination of membership.
- Comments/Forum Participation Guidelines
6.1. Be respectful and supportive.
6.2. Communicate constructively.
6.3. Stay on-topic within course content.
6.4. Maintain confidentiality of others.
6.5. No self-promotion or external advertising.
6.6. Respect intellectual property and cite sources where appropriate.
6.7. Report inappropriate content to moderators.
6.8. Maintain professional tone and language.
6.9. Respect moderator decisions.
6.10. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal.
- Intellectual Property
7.1. All HealthX content is protected and may not be reproduced or shared.
7.2. Content is intended for individual educational use only. You may share brief excerpts or summaries on personal social media with proper attribution (e.g., tagging @join.healthx or @drtylerjean). Full reproduction, publication, distribution, or monetization of materials, recordings, or course content is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing and Account Use
8.1. Members must use personal registration links; do not share login credentials.
8.2. Do not distribute or republish HealthX content.
8.3. Attribute any shared social media content to HealthX or Dr. Tyler Jean.
- Membership Termination
9.1. HealthX reserves the right to terminate access at any time for any reason.
9.2. Members may cancel their subscription anytime. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial or retroactive refunds for unused time.
- Privacy
10.1. HealthX will not share your personal information with third parties.
10.2. Members agree not to share other members' private information.
- Agreement Revisions
11.1. HealthX may update this Agreement as needed. Continued participation implies consent to updated terms.
- Notices
12.1. Notices to you will be sent to the email address you provide. Keep your contact information current.
12.2. Notices to HealthX should be sent to: hello@drtylerjean.com
- Governing Law
13.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
- Interpretation & Severability
14.1. Any unenforceable provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement. Ambiguities will be interpreted reasonably based on intent.
- Consent to Electronic Agreement
15.1. By clicking to accept or otherwise consenting electronically, you agree to this Agreement as if signed in writing.
Acknowledgment
By participating in the HealthX Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this legally binding agreement.
